BINDER JETTING
Metal and Ceramic Solutions
Arc Impact provides a high-performance additive manufacturing platform engineered for the densification of complex metallurgical and ceramic systems. Utilizing advanced Binder Jetting Technology, our systems are optimized for processing a vast library of technical materials — from refractory metals and tool steels to non-oxide ceramics like silicon carbide and boron carbide.
By decoupling the shaping process from thermal densification, we produce isotropic, near-net-shape components with highly controlled grain structures. Our X-Series machines support open-parameter development, enabling fine-tuning of powder morphology, binder saturation, and sintering profiles.

Digital Casting Solutions
High-performance metal parts sand-cast in 3D-printed molds and cores — engineered and fully simulated before the first pour. Arc Impact eliminates the traditional pattern-tooling cost and lead time by facilitating the printing of binder jet sand molds directly from CAD, enabling complex internal geometries and draft-free features that conventional tooling cannot produce.

Polymer and Foam Solutions
Arc Impact is advancing the frontier of functional materials through a portfolio of high-performance elastomers. Our focus centers on the DuraChain™ category of resilient photopolymers — utilizing a unique phase-separating molecular structure to deliver high-strain capacity, toughness, and environmental stability.
Complementing this is our breakthrough FreeFoam™ technology: a programmable, heat-activated expanding polymer enabling production of low-density foams with complex, lightweight geometries and graded lattice structures that provide energy absorption and vibration damping.
